The central instrument laboratory of SVKM have analytical instruments like High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) system, Gas Chromatography (GC) system, High Performance Thin Layer Chromatography (HPTLC) system, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrophotometer (FTIR), Flash chromatography, UV spectrophotometer, polarimeter, colorimeter,etc.
The central instrument lab is also equipped with various instruments required in pharmacology like autoanalyzer, cell counter, digital elevated plus maze, RMS polyrite D, I WORX data recorder, ELISA reader, etc.
The various instruments are under the purview of annual maintenance contract and Instrument Performance Verification Scheme to regulate and monitor their performance.
